Some common questions asked by parents. If your question is not answered here, please contact us via phone or email. Our Parent Handbook is also available online here.

 Enrollment Form

- When can I enroll my child? We enroll and operate on a year round schedule.  Though many parents enroll in August or January, we do accept and encourage new students throughout the year.

- Do you have part time positions available?  From time to time we do allow part time for the older children.

- What are your hours? We open at 6 am and close at 6:30pm, Monday through Friday. We are closed for only the major holidays and generally will be open on snow days.

- What forms are required? Along with our basic enrollment forms, you will need to supply the Mississippi Immunization Form 121. This is the same form required at all schools including public grade schools. We have copies of this form available for you or you can download it here..

- What fees will I have to pay? We charge an annual enrollment fee of $50 for all children.  Tuition is due each Friday for the upcoming week.

- Are there any other fees that I will have to pay? No.  We do not charge for meals, books, supplies, mats or access to the internet cameras.  You will need to supply diapers and baby food for infants. All other fees and supplies are covered by Kids R Kids.  And, we will never run a fund raising event either.

- Is there a contract or obligation? We assume your child will continue with us for an extended period of time.  We only ask for two weeks written notice prior to withdrawal. Though our rates are based on a full year including all holidays and family vacations we will only charge you for the last two actual weeks assuming notice is given.

- Who can pick up my child? When you enroll your child you will provide the names and contact information for those that are authorized to pick up your child. The first time someone comes in, we will check their ID and assist them in setting up a personal ID in the computer.  We will not allow you to make changes to the pickup list over the phone. Please plan accordingly.

- Should I bring food for my child? We will provide all food for your child with the exception of infants. We do not allow other food to come into the school and expect each child to eat with the group daily. Exceptions to the outside food policy are made for birthdays or other special occasion.

- If my child is not feeling well, can he attend school? To maintain a safe and healthy environment we do not allow sick children to stay at school. Though this may cause you scheduling problems for that day, it will reduce the number of sick children which will then reduce the number of days you or your child are home sick. We take many steps to reduce the spread of germs throughout the school and ask your cooperation.

- Will my child ride on the bus? Other than the daily school pickup for our schoolagers, we never take a child on the bus without specific written permission of the parent. The Pre-K class will take 3-6 field trips each year. You will receive notice and are welcome to join us.
